The third account that is causing Ms. [redacted] an issue doesn't belong to her. We have requested an immediate deletion of this account from Ms. [redacted] file. Please bear in mind we have no control over the bureaus and this entry was listed without our authorization. We are eager to make sure Ms. [redacted] credit file is accurate and welcome her to call us anytime to request an update. Please have her ask for Wanda for assistance.
It is our expectation that this third account for $111.00 be deleted very shortly. If Ms. [redacted] will check her file in a week or so and the entry is still on her file please call us immediately toll free at [redacted]

In the interest of clarity and dedication to compliance the Mini Miranda that Mr. [redacted] refers to was stated to him when he called our incoming call attendant. All incoming...
calls receive this message.
In addition, on the explicit instructions of our attorney, we never barter a payment for a credit bureau deletion. Many consumers are unfortunately led to believe this is an acceptable industry practice when in fact it is not.
We are sorry for the confusion that the current ambiguous regulatory climate has created for folks like Mr. [redacted] but we are happy to accept his payment and immediately report it as a paid in full on his credit file.

For the record I was not read the mini Miranda and this file was supposed to be a workers Comp to begin wuth. And should have never came to me as well as he other file that I have with you. I feel I am being treated unfairly. As there are others out there that get things deleted from there credit report. It is not illegal to delete or change something on someone's fill and all I'm asking is that you give me the respect in considering my situation and deleting it from my file. This was a workers comp when I fell off a ladder at work. I was never supposed to get these 2 bills at all. This is new information that I just looked into. This is not my file and I shouldn't be held responsible to take care of it but I am willing to look into my options to get it deleted from my report
