I've been a resident since April 2017 never had any problems until last year *** was employed I began to receive water bills ranging from 180-196 monthly I requested several different times a copy of my usage which I never received. *** became upset once I filed a complaint with the Utility Commission because I was struggling trying to pay this every month on top of my monthly rent. I contacted the property management company and was racially profiled by *** at Allied Property Management and accused of coming into the office to assault ***. I work during the office hours and *** is there only twice a week for maybe 4 hours. Since I filed my complaints I have been harassed. I've been denied a parking pass even when I have paid my rent and forced to park on the street because of the towing enforced by management. On 03/05/2020 I was emailed a NON- RENEWAL NOTICE and replied within minutes confirming I will not be renewing, after business hours someone entered my house and my son was home alone asleep. I was not giving any notice and confirmed the notice by email already. *** is fully aware of my concerns and fear of not being safe there and she continues to enter my unit after hours. I do not feel comfortable I am truly afraid and don't know what her intentions are. She refuses to answer the office and never on property to assist I only communicate with her through email, if she decides to reply. I am a single mother that lives alone with my three children and would like notice before anyone enters my home especially after business hours. I have been discriminated against told by management my black a
s can move, and informed by *** this property does not accept housing and she will contact my case worker to get me kicked off. I live at this property in fear and stressed about this entire ordeal. Please assist at this point people are entering my home on my children on a consistent basis without notice and constantly placing notices on my door with my info outed.
HI this resident has been a constant trouble resident for management, *** Has Refused to follow our rules and regulations for the property. As for her water bills she has been given her monthly water bills each month mailed to her, as well as we have given them to her via email as well, she has refused to pay water several times and is upset when explained she responsible for paying water as she sign the water addendum explaining allR of these charges. All charges are valid on her account, however she has continue to pay her rent late several times and gets upset when getting charged late fees. She also has failed to comply with our rules and is very disrespectful to the property manager ***, she has cursed her out , and been extremly aggresive towards her which will not be tolerated! We issue a non renewal to this resident because she refuses to follow and comply with our rules for the property. No one enters this resident home. Nor do we harassed this resident , and we don't discriminate, *** was upset because we posted the non -renewal inside her home posted inside door, we have to legally do this when issuing a non renewal since it is a confidential document. She was upset because of this we explained our reasons, and she continues to disrespect management and not follow our rules for the property.
