Review: Company contacted me and told me I was eligable for an 8.000 dollar loan. In aggrement I was to make the first three loan payments as of my credit wasnt very good. The toal payment was 574.00 and wont have to pay anymore until May 2015. I was to western union the money to a woman in Canada which cost 47.00 dollars to send and that would be refunded. They said my loan would be in my account within 4 hrs, Also stated in loann contract they wanted to know if I wasnted additiona insurance on money which would cost an additiona 1500 dollars which was optional. I Opted out. Once all money was sent total of 620.00 dollars. two hrs later get a call telling me that they wont give me the loan that they said I had to take the insurance out of 1500 dollars but they would only charge me 750.00 dollars and then we would recieve the loan. I told them no I just want a refund. The whole time I was speaking to a woman named [redacted]. who said that was fine you will receive it between 14 to 30 days by certified check. We have recieved nothing and they wont answer our calls.Desired Settlement: Honor the contract and refund my money, I feel like they are a scam

Review: I got approved for a loan and was called by [redacted] and went over contract and signed and [redacted] said ounce she received my down payment as per loan agreement loan would be deposited. I sent the money 650.00 with sending fees. Then two hours later I called and [redacted] informed me that she no longer has my file so she forwarded me to [redacted] who informed me that after signing agreement they wanted a extra 1500.00 for security of payment of loan. Which I thought was wied since I sign a loan insurance form that broke payments down over 48 months. I said I didn't have it then he offered I pay 1/2 and that would be enough. So I sent another 750.00 plus fees for Western Union.. So I then call back and am now switched to another person extension 325 customer [redacted] I believe name is [redacted] he informed me that if I wanted the loan I would have to come up with other 750.00 because he denied his employer would have offered that to me. He saids all calls are taped I asked him to the listern to tape he said no so I couldn't come up with anymore money. I gave them everything I had so I cancelled loan and asked him to put in my bank account. He said no I have to wait 30 days which I feel is wrong because I sent in good faith. Now I have. 16 cents in bank and no way of getting money since I'm on total DISABILITY no arm, leg, I could go on and on but won't I informed him that was my money for medication and my kids Xmas which now they won't have because I thought everything was fine and signed money would be in bank in two hour's or I would never have sent it because I don't get my check now until January [redacted]. And he didn't care said it was in escrow and they couldn't get it out any sooner which I know is not true I owned a company before the accident that destroyed my life now they are destroying my family's Xmas and that's wrong. Contract even state's no changes and no were does it say that they can ask for more money as the [redacted] said it does.Desired Settlement: I want my money back in time for xmas for my family. And my medication........
