New construction purchase ***. Late *** early *** experienced heavy rains which resulted in sink areas in front yard. Included loss of dirt under sidewalk leading up to stairs, leaving a gap between the cement and the ground beneath. Richland Homes was notified on *** of issue. They responded on *** and stated that someone would come out to assess the issue. Superintendent came out and notified us that the issue was with how the plumbing company (***) backfilled the dirt after installing plumbing. I contacted the Warranty Department and asked when this would be taken care of. On *** they responded that *** was extremely busy but they would get to us as soon as possible. Fast forward to *** and no work had been done. I spoke with *** from the Warranty Department about the issue when he came out to complete our 45-Day Warranty walk through. He called *** while he was at my home and *** told him that they would be in my area on *** and they would complete the work at that time. On *** they were a no show. I contacted the Warranty Department again on *** with no response from them until *** stating *** would call me that day. *** and still no response from ***. I called the Warranty Department on *** and advised them there was no response from ***. I brought to their attention that the sidewalk mentioned earlier now had a substantial crack. I was asked to send pictures via email that day, which I did. They contacted me and stated someone would come out and fill the crack. On Friday *** contacted me about another issue in my home and asked if they could come out on Monday ***. I told them yes but I also inquired about the front yard issue. He stated he would check with his boss and he would have an answer for me Monday. On Monday the *** Rep stated he had no answer. He contacted his boss who said he had no one who could do the work. We were told that ***(?) *** would subcontract someone out and he would contact us that day. No call
