bad business..not only was my car towed illegally..the tow truck driver hit another car pulling off with my car...and they expect me to pay for damages

I was in the middle of bankruptcy and informed the lien holder that we would relinquish the truck to just let us know when they were coming and we would give them the keysThe way I found out the bankruptcy was complete was my truck had been dragged out if my drivewayI then contact this company which proceeds to tell me that I have to bring them the keys and give them $for my belongingsIf they had called like they were supposed to I would not need to pay anything because I would have had my belongings out and not had the skid marks in my drivewayThey did call to set an appt to pick up my belongings but I don't feel I should pay their fees when they should have called prior to picking up my truck which again I had every intention of surrendering

On September 22, 2015 I picked up my vehicle from knight rider towing to find that their driver had stolen my audio system from it . Knight rider promised to take care of the damages as well as fire the employee and now that I am contacting them about the issue they are refusing to take care of it.
