$45,000 and gave them 3 months free rent. They paid one month andthen paid nothing for thelpast 45 days. They were given notice by law, written, certified and hand delivered. They were locked out by law for non-payment.The person signing the lease, [redacted], decided he did not wish to have this person, [redacted], as an employee or associate, so he paid the rent for onemonth, let her obtain her desk, files, etc. and move out of the space. Since he signed the lease, we had to obtain a release from him so we wouldnot be liable for his equipment etc. if she destroyed anything in the office.Ms. [redacted] had no right to file any complaint. When I talked to her she had the nerve to ask if we would lease a smaller space to her and giveher free rent. Our attorney, [redacted], advised that we stay away from all of them. We did not violate any federal or state laws. No attorney onher behalf ever contacted us. She moved out in the middle of the night, after we let them back into the space and broke glass in our elevator. We had asked her to move after we put Blankets to protect the elevator, and she refused. You need to understand that she is not an honest orforthright person. This has nothing to do with the other lose we will suffer for buildiout, commission, or default of a three year lease.Maybe you can ask them why they breached all laws and a signed contract. Understand that this is a complaint against [redacted], which is not a doctorper medical authorities and [redacted]. You always want people to answer and work problems out.
