I had an awful problem with wasps, yellow jackets, etc., every year, and when I woke up days in a row with a wasp hovering over me in bed, (I HATE BEES, SORRY) I knew it was time to call someoneSadly, I can't remember the names of the two gentlreman that came out first, but they were very polite, professional, and appeared to do a thourough jobI noticed an immediate difference! I no longer felt I had to run from my door, to the screen room door about ftaway, to keep from being caught in the crossfire of the wasps flying around! I didn't see anymore wasps in my room and felt safe to go back to sleeping in there instead of the couchI'm disabled and sleeping on the couch was very painful......weeks went by and even though I didn't see any wasps, my dog and I did hear a faint buzzing now and then(he was stung once and blew up like a Sharpei dog....he's alergic) I brushed it off to back noises from the fan and AC in my roomWell this past Friday I woke up to my dog jumping off the bed and when he didn't come back up, I opened my eyes to see another wasp flying over my headI got my handy "tennis racket bee swatter" and hit him, but it didn't kill him (I don't think) and I wasn't about to stick around to find outI grabbed some important items from my room, ran out, shut the door and made the couch up where I ended up sleeping until Tuesday(I figured Richland was closed on the weekends, so I didn't call them till Monday) We made an appointment for TuesdaySAM showed up right when he said he wouldFirst he listened to my concerns, then went to start investigating what the problem wasI felt that there must be a nest in the wallsA friend had that happen, and she hates bees as much as me....it was her worst nightmare! (and mine!)...anyway, he thouroughly inspected my room and found no sign of wasps in the walls, so he went outside to figure out what the problem wasHe found the problem, sprayed the area, and re-sprayed where some nests were starting to formSam was by far the nicest, most intellligent, most compassionate, thourough, and caring young man I've ever met! He didn't rush out of here, he stayed until he knew this year old woman felt comfortable that my issues were taken care ofBy the time he was leaving, we didn't shake hands, we were both compelled to give each other a hugWith my disabilities I'm pretty much homeboundSam warmed my heart, and was by far the best I've felt emotionally in a very long time......we need more Sams in this world, especially now! I wasn't charged for the follow up, so I have only good things to say about Richland Pest and especially Sam!
I just bought my first home that was in a wooded area and had been vacant for months When I first learned that we had powder beetles and a possible rodent I was extremely upset until I called Richland I spoke with Michael and he was very professional and had an answer for every question I threw at him On the day of my appointment I was assigned two great guys, Robert and Edwin They greeted me with a handshake and were very nice guys Also, they were able to answer every question I had including questions about the chemicals being used and how many treatments would be needed If you want great service with a great price give Richland a call

SAM showed up right when he said he would. First he listened to my concerns, then went to start investigating what the problem was. I felt that there must be a nest in the walls. A friend had that happen, and she hates bees as much as me....it was her worst nightmare! (and mine!)...anyway, he thouroughly inspected my room and found no sign of wasps in the walls, so he went outside to figure out what the problem was. He found the problem, sprayed the area, and re-sprayed where some nests were starting to form.
Sam was by far the nicest, most intellligent, most compassionate, thourough, and caring young man I've ever met! He didn't rush out of here, he stayed until he knew this 59 year old woman felt comfortable that my issues were taken care of. By the time he was leaving, we didn't shake hands, we were both compelled to give each other a hug. With my disabilities I'm pretty much homebound. Sam warmed my heart, and was by far the best I've felt emotionally in a very long time......we need more Sams in this world, especially now!
