On 1/30/I went to Aspen Dental in Winona, for what I thought was a cavityAfter the dentist completed the exam she said I needed a root canal and crown
After the exam I went through the financing with a company called Dental First
After the financing was set up a dental hygienist cleaned my teeth
Later that day I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist
On 1/31/I went to Aspen Dental to cancel my upcoming appointments, and to cancel the financing I received a receipt stating that $ 1,was credited to my account, and that I owe the Dental First $
On 3/3/I received a bill from Dental First for $1,
Which includes the $244, $1,( which was supposed to be credited on 1/31/18) and $in interest charges
On 3/6/I went to Aspen Dental to ask why my account with Dental First was not credited for the $1,The office manager didn't tell me why the account was not credited when it was supposed to be
