Used to be dedicated customer until new management.
Several bad experiences;
1) had struts replaced, Richlonns failed to secure sway bar.
2) Had tire replaced on spare wheel in trunk. Instead of returning wheel to trunk they mounted wheel on car, should not have been a problem but brake lines were damaged or failed and visibly leaking. Manager denied any knowledge and let me drive away with failing brakes.
I would like to say that I had my truck worked on at Richlonn's in Muskego. The work on my truck was done well, in the right smount of time and I couldnt be happier. Robert the service consultant was very kind and helpful. He exceeded all I could have wanted. Thank you Robert snd Richlonn's staff. [redacted]
