Richmond Alarm does not follow written directions to openings or closings per customer request. Richmond Alarm does not respond to a request to add services in a timely manner. Their response time is 10 to 30 minutes on a unscheduled opening just too check as to who opened. Does not verify who opens or closes when calling the business to or ask for pass codes 50 percent of the time.
Very poor service.
