Richmond Balance

Review: I parked my car at the 2nd Street and Marshall Richmond Parking Lot on June 21st at 8:00 a.m. for "All Day" parking. I parked in space 22 and paid with a five dollar bill in slot 22 at 8:00 a.m. An aquaintance witnessed me paying the fee, as I also witnessed him paying the fee and can supply an affidavit to support my claim. I returned at 10:00 p.m. on June 21 to find that my car had been towed. I called the number on the sign, [redacted] to inquire and the phone has been disconnected. I had to track my car down to [redacted] and pay a fine of $130 to get my car back. On time towing cannot provide a phone number for Richmond Parking. I incurred additional cost to travel to On time towing to pick up my car.Desired Settlement: I would like the tow fee of $130 refunded.
