My name is Jeff I am so happy with my Leggett and Platt premier psplit King bed with an all natural latex mattress I can't even fully express itSince a split King comes in two piecestwo twin XL beds that you put together, they each come with their own remote that communicates with the control module of each bed via BluetoothLong story short is they were getting their signals crossed so I had to unplug one of the beds to get proper functionality out of the remote and the Android appI called Tim and he is such a troubleshooter that within minutes he had an idea to connect the sync cable to the cam bus on both the control modules and instead of having one button pushed in and one button pushed out like that owner's manual says to do so both beds mirror each other he suggested pushing them both in simultaneously or both out simultaneously...And voilait worked like a charm now the beds move independently of each other and I even got a bonus where the under bed LED lights dim simultaneouslyNow it works absolutely fabulouslyTim not only is a great guy he's extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his customers getting the best sleep they've ever had in their livesAnd that has happened to meI sleep deeper I remember my dreams and I actually wake up on my back which has never happened hardly ever in my lifeI no longer wake up with my arms and hands numbNatural Latex mattresses are the way to goI had tried calling Leggett and Platt several times and even they did not know how to fix the problem so they sent out a service guy and he called me and asked me what the problem was and I told him and he had no idea how to do itHe was just going to replace the control modules because he thought they were faultyI'm telling you Tim is the man!!! He he fixed the problem from miles away over the phone in less than a minute by suggesting the sync cable put into the proper ports and trying different buttons on the control panelsHow awesome is that? Thank you so much, Tim for changing my lifeI MEAN ITI wish all of my purchases and business transactions were as amazing as this was

Since he shipped the mattress well ahead of bed, I want the mattress to have 90 day warranty starting 06/23/2015 and not when he shipped it since could not unbox it as there was no bed to put it on.

This customer ordered an adjustable bed from my company. After placing their order the manufacturer informed us ofsupply line problems with parts vendors. disputing the entire amount of $4682. The item in questionis the adjustable bed ($2295) and White Glove Delivery ($249) for a total of $2544 .... NOT $4682. The mattresses havebeen shipped, received and signed for.

Long story short is they were getting their signals crossed so I had to unplug one of the beds to get proper functionality out of the remote and the Android app. I called Tim and he is such a troubleshooter that within minutes he had an idea to connect the sync cable to the cam 17 bus on both the control modules and instead of having one button pushed in and one button pushed out like that owner's manual says to do so both beds mirror each other ... he suggested pushing them both in simultaneously or both out simultaneously...And voila... it worked like a charm now the beds move independently of each other and I even got a bonus where the under bed LED lights dim simultaneously. Tim not only is a great guy he's extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his customers getting the best sleep they've ever had in their lives. And that has happened to me. I sleep deeper I remember my dreams and I actually wake up on my back which has never happened hardly ever in my life. I no longer wake up with my arms and hands numb.
Natural Latex mattresses are the way to go.

Review: On April 3rd 2015 I placed an order with [redacted], the [redacted] of Richmond Bedding for a [redacted] and [redacted] bed for my sister who had a trachea tube put in at end of March and cannot sleep lying flat.The [redacted] informed me it would be a 3-4 week delivery. It was well into the 4th week before he sent e-mail stating it would now be 6-8 weeks before delivery due to production issues. Then at 9 weeks I had to contact him to find out the bed is now indefinitely delayed. I had explained why the bed was needed and my displeasure at not being kept informed in timely manner. He did not like the fact I was unhappy with how he handled dealings with customers regarding this, and since day one has been very rude. I called [redacted] and [redacted] who manufactures the [redacted] bed and they said the parts for the frame would be in last week. I asked if there was some way to expedite the frame and when they looked up my order they informed me that [redacted] of Richmond Bedding had cancelled the order on the 4th of June after I have already waited 9 weeks and he did so without my authorization or approval. He finally sent me an e-mail telling me he cancelled it and to go somewhere else and start the waiting process all over. I have NOT received any refund from him. In the mean time, the mattress for this adjustable bed arrived weeks ago with a 90 day warranty and has not been unboxed as there is no king bed to put it on until the frame arrives. By that time, mattress warranty will long be over. I also paid additional $295.00 for white glove delivery as my sister and her husband are in declining health and cannot assemble it. There oldest son would have done it, but he was a marine and we lost him last November. Her health is continuing to decline as she is not getting proper sleep being propped up by pillows.Desired Settlement: I want the order reinstated with [redacted] and [redacted] and priority be given it as an order placed over 9 weeks ago and not as new order.I have dealt with many businesses in my 60 years with few problems and none of the people were ever this rude or always so angry with web postings and dealing with customers.
