This business did $worth of work that was shabbily done and they had to come back several times as ground was sinking and damage was done to porch...the work under the house was left unfinished, the pipes were not burried and dirt was left blocking access to the crawlspace...they would not answer phone calls, would not supply me with paperwork for permits, or paperwork that states exactly what they did so that I can get a claw back from the city/province...Terrible work...rude employees...owner unresponsive Product_Or_Service: excavation and plumbing Order_Number: multiple Account_Number: multiple

Unfinished work, unreturned calls, fully paid,unprovided garantee paperwork and photos of job parts completed among other discepancies
First hired in may to begin repairing my property after heavy rains created foundation issues.I was told Date to begin was weeksThat did not occur and phone calls were unreturned for sum timeWork finally started en July and 1st week August as per discussion I paid in full,with the understanding and papers that stated he would be back to filling the settling of the ground around the house, the regrading, reseeding,the attachment of my back porch and replacing of the close line in its appropriate spot, filling in of the pool area and couple other itemsThis was to begin in many trips within weeks after the last payment August I continued to call throughout the months of august, September, October and even November with no return callsI finally reach them in may when I resumed calls after the the winter meltMore I was giving

very poor quality work, full of excuses for not starting on agreed upon date, full of excuses why he can not work on your project day after day, does not use the product that he sold you with upon making a deal with him, very very poor quality of work, life time warranty he offers you I would not be sure about that cause the Minutes theirs confrontation and courts are mention he claims his business is going bankrupt

*** filled my big in-ground pool ,VERY VERY satisfied with his crew & his work that was doneIn days everything completed , sod installed clean up done
