I am very sorryI am trying to work with the manufacture and get a refund for the ringI can not promise one will be made, but I am doing everything in my power to end in that conclusionOnce we receive the ring we receive the ring we will send it to the manufacture and urge him fro a refund, but it is up to the manufacture to decide if the refund will be issuedThank you

I am really sorry for the situation we really take care of our customers and strive to give every one a pleasant and care-free experienceI am surprised that you think we have not been in communication we have messages exchanged on recordWe did repair your ring under warranty and are willing to repair it againDespite the fact that our manufacture stated that there is no defect on the ring the diamonds keep falling off because of abuse to the ringWe are willing to completely replace the ring with a new one which would solve the whole situation of the diamonds falling outBefore shipping I will do a complete quality check all the prongs make sure none are loose broken or defectedI am sorry but it has been over the allowed time for a refund and that can not be offeredI am really sorry again for the situation and I want to help you as much as possibleThank you for your time.Jessica

Good Morning,We sold this ring to customer in January, receive email from customer there are diamond missing and we replace missing stone under warranty (we offer one year warranty)Warranty work were require customer to send ring back to us and we pay for return shipping Then
after couple of months we receive email from buyer that she took this ring to some Expert Jeweler who inform her that there are loose/chipped diamonds in this ringwhich is totally wrong statementThis is nothing but Professional Jealousy"If you bring a piece of jeweler in my store and that is not purchased from me I usually do not say nice thing about itAlso this ring is one of our best seller ring and we sold over of this same exact ring and never have any issue with any In our emails we assure buyer that there is nothing wrong with this ring and if anything happen we will take care of this under warranty.I think this is a case of "Buyer Remorse" not of product quality or providing service. Please let us know if you need more info from usthanks

The warranty we offer is back to back with the manufacture of the ringI have been in contact with them and they stand strongly in that there is no manufacture defect in this ring as it was previously brought back for repair and they were able to as the ringAfter a very long conversations they will fix the ring againAlso we can offered to replace the ring completely once another check of the ring is madeI am still exchanging emails with the company asking for a refund since it has been an ongoing issue with the ring, but since it is not a manufacture defect I highly doubt I will be able to get a refund on the ring for you. As my warranty aliens with there's the only options I can offer are either a repair and a complete inspection of the ring or a complete replacement of the ring with a new onePlease let me know which of the would work best for youThank you

This could have been resolved a long time agoIt is not professional jealousy because this is my wedding band and my engagement ring is not from them and they said it was perfect and no issues and they checked and cleaned itHe offered to take pictures of all of the issues previously mentionedI just want what I paid forNot a ring with loose stones, broken and not in seatsThis is unacceptableEither refund my money or provide me the warranty information so that I can get my ring fixed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The ring is defective and a repair will not sufficeI am extremely disappointed that there is allegation of abuse of the ringIt was worn once for a few hours - out of necessity - as it was my wedding ringAfter the ceremony I removed the ring as I had noticed the missing diamonds and we were embarrassed that our family would see the damaged ringWe sent the ring directly back to you.After we received the ring back from repair the repair was substandardThere were still stones missing and the stones used to repair some of the missing stones were much larger than the existing stonesthis made the ring look uneven and irregularI brought the ring to a jeweller to assess the ring before I sent it back and in front of me at the counter the jeweller said they would not take the ring for repair as it could not be repaired! They noted by looking through a magnifying glass that the ring was defectiveWhen you resized the ring you did not tighten the claws and so the stones were all loose. The jeweller informed us that the ring was missing several stones and that the stones were of an uneven size - which was clearly visible without a magnifying glass! She noted that the issue with the ring would be an on-going one due to the flawed design and that in the future we would lose more of the stones.Given the fact that you have supplied us with a defective ring we are not happy to take a replacementWe require a refund and are dissatisfied with the way in which you have approached this issueYou have lied previously stating that you had not received the ring when we had documentation to prove otherwiseNow you are lying again stating that the problem with the ring was due to abuseIt was never abused in our possession and a neutral third party can attest to its inherent flaws.Please respond accordingly.Regards,Laura and *** ***

The ring was defective. We have now sent it back twice due to the fact that it was defective because the stones failed to stay in the ring. We are very unimpressed with the fact that even after we agreed to send the ring back it was returned to us in a defective state. It is a matter for you and your manufacturer to sort out but the ring has been sent to us twice in a defective nature. We have been very co operative at every stage and agreed to send the ring back and yet you question whether a refund is applicable. The entire matter has upset us greatly and we are very unhappy with your attitude. If you do not refund the price of the ring we will be forced to initiate legal proceedings and escalate the matter with Ebay.
