Richmond Hills Apartments

I received a call from a collection agency indicating I failed to pay Richmond Hills I do not know what I owe this money for They were keeping my balance because of the 'bed bugs' I got from residing in the apartment complex I was that based on the balance of the security deposit I owed them Upon vacating when my lease was up I PROVIDED them with my forwarding address should there be ANY issues I NEVER EVER heard ANYTHING from them Today I received a call from a collection agency I have had nothing but problems with this complex once I got the bed bugs They ACCUSED me of them being MY FAULT They have tenants sign a 'Bed Bug Addendum' when a lease is signed I unfortunately signed it I did so so I could have a place to reside instead of a hotel room I also KNEW that I would be going no where except to work and knowing that I would have NO visitors The ONLY thing I did was to use their laundry facilities ONE time -- that was where I most likely got the bed
