Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response given was false my leasing agent Karen agreed to the move in date of the 27th of May 2016. We all did a walk through 3 week prior to the 27th of May Karen assured me that the unit would be move in ready by the 27th of May. Karen also called on May 24th and told me that the apartment was complete and that all I need to do was sign the lease. I made an appointment to sign the lease with Crystal she informed me that the apartment was completed. Crystal stated that the only thing that needed to be done was the caps on the hall bathroom. That was misleading and untrue. I was not made aware that the unit nothing completed as agreed.  Hannah H[redacted] the property manager was completely unprofessional she would not take my calls she would not listen to my concerns. The reason I took the lease was because the property manager refused to speak with me. The only reason I received a refund move in cost was because I moved out as Hannah demanded the same day.  444 Park Apartments did not try to resolve the matter the entire incident was traumatizing for my family. My fiancé and I were homeless as a result of [redacted]. I am in complete disagreement with the statement provided by the business.

We refunded Ms. [redacted] all of her money that she put down on the apartment. The unit was habitable with some flooring issues to be completed within 1 business day.

[redacted] wanted to pick up her keys a few days early than her scheduled move in. The staff made [redacted] aware of the undone items in her unit were due to the fact she wanted to pick up her keys early Friday 5/27 instead of 6/1 which was her original move in date.  The office was only staffed...

by one member of the leasing staff at the moment when [redacted] came in to do her leasing paperwork, so they were unable to walk the unit together before the leasing paperwork was signed (could not close office).    There were a few items that were not completed, such as the stove being disconnected because of the flooring being replaced (workers just didn’t plug it back in) and toilet in the one bathroom because we were installing new flooring for the resident in there too. Because of her early move in, these items were not completed and we told her we would schedule them for Tuesday (Monday was a holiday and the flooring vendor is a 3rd party vendor). We ensured we would take care of that for her.  There was an additional toilet in unit so she would not have been without proper facilities. The staff did not see the other issues with the apartment upon walkthrough the day previously that [redacted] has mentioned in her Revdex.com complaint description.    [redacted] came back to the office and despite ensuring her all the items would be completed by Tuesday by leasing staff, she made a scene in the office which included ripping up her lease agreement in the office of our leasing agent. Upon further review of her behavior, an executive decision was made to nullify her lease agreement she had signed and we refunded ALL of her move in money as well as not charging her a pro-rated amount for the end of May before her lease started.
