that included a notice on that bill highlighted in yellow that the account has a past due balance and past due balances can be subject to disconnection On 11/9/another regular monthly bill was mailed in the amount of $which also stated the account has a past due and past due balances can be subject to disconnection Our records also show that a phone call went out to *** on 11/at 6:p.m., someone was reached and the call lasted secondsThis is an automated call that we provide to remind customers of an impending disconnection of serviceThis is the phone number on file for the customer The customer claims the entire amount was required for them to be reconnected The amount due on the account at the time of disconnection was $414.62, the customer paid $plus the $reconnect fee and rounded their payment to $ The customer was disconnected at 11:a.mon 11/and was reconnected at 8:p.mafter calling our after-hours dispatch at 7:p.mrequesting the reconnection of servicesAt that time they were notified that they would be responsible for the amount they were disconnected for and a $after hours fee which needed to be paid by 10:a.mthe next business day Please let me know if any further information is needed in this matterIf the customer provides written permission for release of copies of their statements and disconnect notices we would be happy to provide them if necessaryRegards, Amy S B*** Customer Service Manager Richmond Power and Light (765) 973-
