This company installed a roof on my home in This roof was warranted for years as long as it was coated every 2-yearsThe roof required repair every years and lessAt which time the roof was recoatedI had major repair work done to the roof in March of In March of I again had iisues with the rood and was then told I needed to have a new roof put onI paid for this new roof and in less than months I had a major leak againIt was basically raining in my houseI had made several phones calls and sent emails before finally receiving a responseAt that time the company came out, made additional repairs and verbally agreed they would repair the damage to the inside of my homeThey requested that we wait for the next rain to ensure the repairs they made held upOnce the next storm has come we made several phone calls that went unansweredFinally after weeks of phone calls and messages I received a call back to only be told they would not make the repairs to the inside damage because this was not caused by the roof (which they had already repaired because it was a problem)I advised that this damage should be covered under their insurance policy for products/completed operationsTheir response was we are no longer in the roofing business, we have not been in the roofing business for several years and we are not covered for roofingI questioned this because as I stated they had just put a new roof on in The response was we did you a favorThis was no favorAfter years of dealing with this company that I inherited from the previous owner I would have to say this is one of the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt withThey are rude, they lie and have no professional back boneThey take no responsibility for the poor quality of work they do and in general give contractors a bad name

This company installed a roof on my home in 2004. This roof was warranted for 15 years as long as it was coated every 2-3 years. The roof required repair every 2 years and less. At which time the roof was recoated. I had major repair work done to the roof in March of 2014. In March of 2015 I again had iisues with the rood and was then told I needed to have a new roof put on. I paid for this new roof and in less than 6 months I had a major leak again. It was basically raining in my house. I had made several phones calls and sent emails before finally receiving a response. At that time the company came out, made additional repairs and verbally agreed they would repair the damage to the inside of my home. They requested that we wait for the next rain to ensure the repairs they made held up. Once the next storm has come we made several phone calls that went unanswered. After 11 years of dealing with this company that I inherited from the previous owner I would have to say this is one of the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. They are rude, they lie and have no professional back bone. They take no responsibility for the poor quality of work they do and in general give contractors a bad name.
