I have sent the following email and action plan to [redacted] on 7/13/2016 at 3:10pm----------------------------------------------Good Afternoon [redacted],   I have read your email from 7/11/2016 and saw your Revdex.com complaint ([redacted]) that you posted at the same time.   Firstly, I want...

to apologize for our delayed response and you not receiving your AHA card. It is inexcusable and we are getting another card reprinted today for you. I have spent this morning researching what had occurred and what we need to do.   My research has found  the following: You enrolled in AHA BLS renewal class – 3/18/2016You successfully completed the class – 3/21/2016Call Received and Message Left on our voicemail – 4/18/2016 from [redacted]Received email from you on 4/18/2016AHA Certification card sent via certified mail on 4/25/2016USPS Certified Mail delivered on 4/27/2016Call Received and Spoke to Allisha at RTC – 6/6/2016 at 4:08pm from [redacted]Call Received and HangUp – 7/8/2016 from [redacted]Call Received and Message Left – 7/8/2016 from [redacted]Email Received from you on 7/11/2016 at 10:17pmRevdex.com Complaint Filed on 7/11/2016RTC Received Revdex.com Compliant on 7/12/2016 at 4:06pm I have confirmed that we did mail your AHA BLS Renewal card via USPS Certified Mail (See attached) on 4/25/2016, and they say it was delivered to your apartment on 4/27/2016 but obviously that does not seem to be the case.  I do not seen the additional, numerous calls you have made over the past few months. I will work with my  provider to determine why the calls are not coming through and/or why we do not have record of them.   Our action plan today to rectify this situation: 1)  We are having another AHA BLS renewal card printed for you today   2) Schedule a time on Friday, July 14th for you to pickup the card or we can schedule to meet you.       I do feel uncomfortable sending via USPS mail again, as the first one did not seem to make it.   3) We will refund $50 back to your creditcard for the inconvenience this whole episode has caused you.     Again, I apologize for this entire incident, as this is not the type of customer service I expect and neither should our customers.   Respectfully,   John D[redacted] co-owner, Richmond Training Concepts 8014 Midlothian Turnpike Suite 317 Richmond, VA 23235 1-855-592-1782 ext [redacted]

Review: On March 21, 2016 I paid for and completed the Basic Life Support refresher course at Richmond Training Concepts. I was told at the time of completion that I would receive the BLS card in the mail to my address within approximately 2 weeks. After not receiving the card I called the company to find out if it had been mailed and they said that they would check with the person that was suppose to mail them out to see if it had been sent. After waiting for approximately another month I then called again and the person that I spoke with stated that she would take my number and have someone call me but I didn't receive any return call. I then called again and left several messages without ever receiving a single return call. I then again called several more times without receiving a return call.

This is very frustrating because I need this card to forward to the U.S. Army Credentialing Office because it is part of my responsibility in remaining compliant with my contract as an Officer with the U.S. Army Nurse Corps.

At this point I would like to receive the card or if one can not be issued I would like to have a refund for the amount that I paid in order to take the course at another location so that I can receive the necessary documentation to provide to the Army.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like to receive the card or if one can not be issued I would like to have a refund for the amount that I paid in order to take the course at another location so that I can receive the necessary documentation to provide to the Army.
