Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Simply put, there is no offer to resolve the issue; instead, more excuses and unprofessional comments intended to blame a client for an organization's failure to follow through on committed workThis person simply does not like having the fact of her failure to be professional documentedThe response completely ignores the fact a work date was scheduled for December 7th - and again, no one showed up, called to offer explanation and as of the time of filing this complaint had made no effort to follow thoughI find it interesting that it is refer to a customer being selfish when I take time to be at the work site, wait hours for workers, make a call of inquiry as to when to expect the crew and am completely ignored by allThe purpose of filing the complaint is to document 'extreme lack of customer service' including the fact a office manager excused cursing at a client as 'having a bad day.' Based on prior behavior and the forwarded unprofessional response - on a scale of to for customer service, I rank this company 0.Regards,*** ***

Directly after we gave *** an estimate, the *** metro area had a bad storm that uprooted trees in a large areaDue to this, we had hundreds of calls for tree removal off of houses, cars, etc. After that storm, the *** metro area had more bad storms, which added to our
already backed up work loadAlthough, when the estimate was given, our intentions were good to have her work completed in a timely manor, storm work does come first. Most of our clientele are understanding of this***, after sending a rude letter in the mail, was not so understandingI amid that I was already having a bad day, and when I read her letter, it irritated meI called her and her apparent selfishness to want her work done before storm work was done, made me even more irritated and I responded in not the nicest manorI did call her back and I apologized, as I'm not usually like that
So yes, her side of the complaint is valid, but my side is valid as well I do apologize for not being able to get to her job in a timely fashion, as we had intended when the estimate was given, but we cant control the weatherI wish her well
