Richmond Twisters Cheer Reviews (3)

Hello,
My name is *** *** and I have received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding a complaint submitted by
a former customer, *** ***. The ID # for this complaint is ***. This is my email address *** and can be used for any future correspondence
In response to her complaint
I was contacted by the customer via e-mail who wanted to meet with me to discuss of our staff members being dismissed from the program. When a meeting time could not be set, she e-mailed me her complaint/concern. She advised that she did not think it was right that I fired two employees for simply dating. In my response to her, I told her that she was not aware of all of the details and that it would be unfair of her to make judgement upon me and that I was acting in the best interest of my business and my customers.
The customers response to me was that it was "all good and that her child would not be back". I responded back to confirm this and she stated that her child would finish the year but would not be back the next year. I asked that her account be brought current before she came back to practices. Her account was due for months of tuition and a partial payment on her competition fees which have been past due since November. (It is stated in our contract that any account that goes overdue more than days will result in suspension or dismissal from the team.) Her response to me was that I was being a bh because she disagreed with my decision to fire the coaches. At that time, due to her unprofessional manners, I knew that it was in the best interest of everyone involved to not have them back. She also called me a bh to her daughters coach and to our program director. All of which we have through e-mails and texts. In our contract, it also states that we will not tolerate any disrespect, gossip or rumors. It says "If we feel a parent or student brings a negative effect to the team, they will be dismissed from the program, with no refunds for any previous payments."
The money that this customer has paid towards upcoming competitions has already been sent to those companies. We get no refunds from them. Our contract, which I have her signed copy, clearly states that we reserve the right to dismiss any parent/cheerleader for misconduct or violation of the payment agreement. She violated both. I tried to very nice and tell her that I would waive the past due tuition payments out of respect for her husband who had been out of work recently
and to show that I did have heart for the money she was out from the upcoming competitions.
I would like to conclude by saying that I did not kick her daughter off our team. I had to remove the parent from our organization for the reasons listed above.
If anything further is needed from me, please feel free to contact me at the above e-mail address
Thank you for your time

Regards,
She didnt state I had an agreement with another person stating because he was out of work she would work with us on the payment. All because I disagreeed with the fact that she fired someone and dismissed kids for nothing...thats the only reason she came after me for the payment. She was trying to be nasty by giving us less than 3 hrs to come up with the money. The other person told us that we didnt have to pay a late payment and she also knew that the following thursday my mom was coming to give them more money. I dont think its right she can kick someone off the team because I didnt agree with what she did. Also when she has people take over their spot its not right they can cheer for free bc she keap our money. I want the competition fees back because she did this by not liking I wont happy with what she did. She went behind another person back trying to get the money up front when I had an agreement already set with another person. I want my money back and also we paid over $300 FOR A UNIFORM that my child cant use. Thank you [redacted]

Review: My daughter cheered there and we paid for her to cheer there. She kicked my daughter off the team after I have paid for all her competitions just because I madr my concern about her firing the coach. I think its wrong to kick my daughter off the team when shr has done nothing wrong.Desired Settlement: I think she should have to give me back all my daughter competition fees. Its not right I paid money for something she cant do.
