I declined the response given by Richmondville Familybdental but my response submitted without a comment being addedI was unable to view and edit the submitted document but wanted to give a explanation for the reason I decline their response. This company refused to give us our own accounting history with them because we didn't have a zero balance regardless of the fact that we are not delinquent and have paid over $to them throughout the yearThey state that they are not entitled to provide us with our own accounting information if they dont want to even when itbis needed dor tax purposes and obtaining coverage for the new year.The business office assistant is rude and nasty, she was unable to provide me with any reason for not providing us our payment history accept that the owner won't "go for it"And she doesn't have to give it to us
