Review: Last March 2013, I went into the [redacted] Life office on [redacted] in [redacted] to renew my subscription. I told them I was moving to Wantagh and still wanted to receive this. I paid by my visa credit card for two years. Not knowing that [redacted] Life was going to be sold a few months later to Richner Communications, I renewed for 2 years. Due to mail problems, I wasn't getting the paper on a timely basis. I complained to one of the people at the [redacted] Life/Herald booth at the [redacted] Fair in September. She told me to give her my information and she would straighten it out. I was receiving my paper on Saturday or Monday which meant that I missed anything that was going on in [redacted] during that weekend. I called the subscription office of [redacted] Herald and asked to cancel my subscription as of 11/*. I emailed this to them along with a memo stating that I wanted a refund for the time I was due approximately a year and a half. Since then I have not received my money back and I have called the subscription department and spoke to a [redacted] who said it was cancelled and I should be receiving my return money within 30-60 days. It is now March **, 2014 and I am still without my money. Please review this and let me know the outcome.Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: my refund from 11/2013-April 2015
