2016 all work is complete to customer satisfaction. Rich's Construction takes pride in the work we perform and value our customers. We did keep in constant contact with Ms. [redacted] and did explain to her as to when we would be at her property to complete her work.Unfortunately, we were unable to schedule her on the date that she wanted us to perform her work due to other customer obligations and weather conditions. Review: We put 50% down on a project to repair our front steps in October 2015. We were told that there were some other ongoing projects, but that we would be able to get on the schedule in the next few months, and even if it became winter, they had the capacity to get the work done. We followed up by phone throughout the next 6 months to find out when we would be on the schedule, and received vague answers about the project's start date. Finally, two weeks ago, they began demolition of the steps and did one day of work; they have not been back since and have not given us a timeframe for when the work will be complete, despite having made several phone calls since the work began. We had been told that the work would last 3-5 days; now we are without working steps.Desired Settlement: Our primary desired outcome is for the job to be complete, and to be completed in a quick timeframe and of course to a high standard of work. In addition, as this has been an extremely long and drawn out process, it seems appropriate to reduce the total payment to the company for the work.

Review: I contacted Rich's Construction about pointing my chimney and got a quote. I agreed to the quote and signed it on September 16 2015 and gave him a deposit. I was told that I would receive a courtesy call later. On October 16 2015 I called Rich's construction as a follow up to see what was going on and Rich called me back and said he would check the schedule that evening. I didn't get any call after that. On October 20 2015 I sent an email about the issue through his website but I still haven't heard anything.Desired Settlement: Please do the work per the quote.
