Review: on feburary 7, 2013, I called riches oil because my oil furnace stopped working. the service man checked the furnace and said the circuit breaker was no good. he checked the power lines there was a short circut in the juction box right above the furnace that he failed to find that caused the circuit breaker to trip off.I called Brown Electric,(XXX) XXX-XXXX and he came over. He said Richs service man should have found this with no problem. I talked to numberous people in the business and they all said they check the wires all the way back to the circuit box. Riches man didnt do his job and charged me $159.33 Dollars. Brown Electric charged me $70.00 Dollars and fixed it.

This call came in 2/7/13 at 8:32 p.m. We have never been to this customer's residence for service prior 02/07/13. This call was an overtime call. Our tech checked the electrical panel, the breaker kept tripping. Customer stated he would change the breaker. The customer also stated to our service tech that he works on his own equipment. Our after hours charge is $150 per hour the customer was advised of this and agreed to have us come out.
