This is my response to case # *** The original price quoted for the job was $3,*** told me that was to muchI said I was willing to work with him on the priceOne thing he told me is that the underside of the deck did not have to be donei said if we had extra stain we would try
to do it.I told *** that he does not pay me until the job is complete and after we do the walk thru*** paid me with no hesitationI would guess job was complete.I hear back from him a couple of weeks later in a text stating not to use him as a referenceI called him to see what the problem wasI stated I would try to make it out there to discuss and he would not give me a day to meet with himwhen I tried to go out there he told me not to because he was having rocks put under the deckHe then text with with childish threatsI tried to make it better on my time and money but after his childish statements I feel we went above and beyondLike I stated payment not due till job is complete its in our agreement and he paid me with no hesitationHe also brought me inside his house to ask me about doing another project and told him that was not the line of work we do in bathroomsSincere *** *** P.SNever saw gallons of stain that equal $
