Review: During a move from Monroe, WA to Oro Valley, AZ in February of 2013 the glass from an end table was broken. [redacted] directed us to have a replacement made and to bill him for it. The glass was oval shaped smoked glass with a beveled edge. Two estimates were solicited and a selection made. The cost was $130.92, which we paid, and the bill was mailed to[redacted]. Since then, there has been no response from[redacted]. Several attempts have been made to call his company and many messages were left approximately a month ago to insure that he received the bill. No payment has been received and no messages returned from him as of this date.
Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of the $130.92 which we spent to replace the glass in accordance with [redacted] direction last March.
