Rich's Towing

Review: On April **, 2014, Rich's Towing came to my husband's family's apartment parking lot at 12:05 AM EST. My husband's family saw from upstairs window and were in high voice yelling out to the tow guy ([redacted]) and letting him know that the "vehicle owners are on the already on the way down & not to hook the vehicle for towing" but the tow guy decided to ignore them. We, then, were downstairs by our vehicle before the tow guy ([redacted]) could even start hooking our vehicle & put in onto the flat bed then we told him that we are about to leave & even then he ignored us & said, "ok, he doesn't care" then hooked our vehicle & pulled it the wrong way onto the flat bed, in fact of us being there before he even started to hook it. We then called the local police & it seemed that the police was on their side & didn't really help us, knowing the fact that we were there by our vehicle before he even hooked our vehicle, I feel that the police department gets a cut from this. The police officer said to us to pay the amount then he will bring the vehicle down, which was wrong. The police officer would not even write us a incident report because of the probable cut they get.Additionally, the way he was pulling the vehicle onto the flat bed caused a damage on my husband's vehicle's manual transmission, even after many warnings that was given by my husband to stop pulling because my husband heard a noise of clicking coming from under the vehicle while he was pulling it the wrong way. That same very day my husband lost the vehicle's hydraulic clutch system & now its costing him $1,500 to $2,000 to fix this damage that was caused by this towing company & guy. When they were contacted by our insurance company they were rude, arrogant and refused to give their information for resolving this damage cost for us. I really feel that we were wrongfully done harm for our vehicle & would like a true & honest help from Revdex.com to get our damage cost given to us immediately by Rich's Towing.They don't know how to tow hydraulic manual.Desired Settlement: We would like Revdex.com to take full effort and actions to speak to Rich's Towing ([redacted]) who is very rude, nasty and arrogant, to cover our damage that was caused by his employee from towing the vehicle the wrong way and we would truly want that he covers the full expense of the damage of my vehicle that's in my mechanics shop since Monday April **, 2014. I would like for Rich's Towing to pay the Full Cost of $1,500 to $2,000!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
