extremely busy this time of the year and since I don't feel this owner has this money coming, I don't feel this matter is as urgent as other pressing things I need to get done.  He is welcome to file a small claims case if he is that impatient, he will have a very difficult time proving any of this money is owed to him since I have all the financials to back up my side of this issue.
