I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Capital Roofing contacted me on Saturday and were able to come out and take a look at my roof this morning. They made some repairs...
to areas that could be causing the leak. I was told if I had any other issues to call back. I guess this takes care of the complaint # [redacted] I had sent Revdex.com.Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

We built this roof 6-7-2016 for [redacted] who was the home owner that signed the contract. I don't know when Mr [redacted] took over the property.The roof in question is a small gable roof that was added on to the house after the original builders had finished. There is flashing on the...
roof to wall, but the leak is coming from a dip in the roof. We told him that was a structural issue and we could laid down new decking and shingles and it will always have that dip. We repaired the roof on 4-25-17 but as was previously stated it won't fix a structural issue. We have been to the house on multiple occasions explaining this issue.The claim that an "employee" told him that there is no flashing is simply not true. We've done a repair to prove it won't fix the roof so the refusal to take care of our warranty is not trueCapital Roofing always responds to any leak or warranty issue. There is no crew that would tell him we have problems all over town. The crews are subcontracted for the most part and don't handle our warranty issues.As for his settlementThere is flashing on the roof and the problem isn't from the new roof but a structural problem. How it passed inspection from the city and by the realtor is amazing to me. A full refund is asinine because he wasn't the person that paid for the roof Mr. [redacted] did.
