Richwoods Appliance Repair

I hired Richwoods Appliance to come out and put my oven door back together. It took the technician almost 2 1/2 hours to get this accomplished. I am not satisfied that the door is on correctly or whether or not one of the hinges is now bent. He used his foot to open up the hinge before putting it back on the stove. The door closes rough in my opinion but not his. I contacted Richwoods Appliance to complain, they told me they have no control or involvement in this issue. They simply take calls and find technicians and are not responsible. Told me to work it out with the technician said thank you and hung up. So now I am stuck with no recourse if anything further goes wrong with this door other than to try to get the guy back out who lives about 50 miles away. NO WHERE on their website, NOR when I called them did they make ANY mention that I was not hiring Richwoods Appliance. I paid $175.00 directly to Tyrel Walker the technician.
