I am extremely happy with this company.I was in need of 2 new AC units and some duct work. They are honest, fast, thorough, very polite with excellent prices. They let you know exactly what they are doing and how much it will cost. No surprises. [redacted] and [redacted] Goettl are the only company I will use or recommend when it comes to Air Conditioning.

I am very happy with the service I received from this company,enough so that specifically came online to try to find somewhere to write a review for them! I originally called a large well known company(NOT SURE IF I'M supposed to name names so I won't)and couldn't even get them to come look at my unit because I wasn't able to be there to meet with them,sorry I have to work too, can't sit and wait for a repair person! so I called these guys because I remember they installed the AC units on the shop I work at and there card was pinned to my cork board at work. They're nothing fancy just a small easy to deal with honest company , I told [redacted] what was happening with my AC and a technician was sent out the same day which was great, the problem was quickly identified and repaired for a fair price,To me thats everything I could want in a service like this, they didn't try to get me to do any extra services like any big company would, the guy just simply came and fixed my air conditioner and left, thats my kind of company.
