To whom it may concern: The most significant part of my complaint had to do with the lack of response form LEM not the fact that they wouldn't price matchI believe that LEM should have a price match policy like the local retailers (i.e [redacted] ) that sell their productsThat is my opinion and doesn't have to be the opinion of LEMThat being said a business should never ignore three emails from a customerLack of response is my greatest complaintAt a minimum LEM should have responded to my emails and said that they chose not to match the priceAs a small business owner I understand that when busy, one email may get missed but I email them times and on two occasions I emailed a specific person at LEM and their general customer service emailIn my opinion that is inexcusable So far I have enjoyed their product and accept how they have resolved this complaintProduct wise I'd be happy to buy their products againMy concern would lie with potential problems with said products and if I would be responded too If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask Sincerely, [redacted]

have a policy to price match previous purchases with current promotional offersTherefore, LEM is not responsible to refund money to a customer that purchases an item prior to that item being discountedA shipping promotion, such as free shipping, is run during a specified time rame and therefore orders placed outside of this timeframe are not eligible for itAdditionally, even if Mr***'s order had been placed during the specified timeframe, free shipping promotions only apply to ground ship methods, Mr*** selected an expedited ship method, Second Day Air, for his order, All this having been said, back on December 29, Mr*** was refunded $96.48, which accounts for giving him the discount on the product and refunding him his Second Day Air shipping costsAt this point, I am uncertain about the essence of the complaint

That being said a business should never ignore three emails from a customer. Lack of response is my greatest complaint. At a minimum LEM should have responded to my emails and said that they chose not to match the price. As a small business owner I understand that when busy, one email may get missed but I email them 3 times and on two occasions I emailed a specific person at LEM and their general customer service email. In my opinion that is inexcusable.
So far I have enjoyed their product and accept how they have resolved this complaint. Product wise I'd be happy to buy their products again. My concern would lie with potential problems with said products and if I would be responded too.
