Ms*** been in our service dept one time My guys aren't in the business for slicing any boots We have been in the business for years Since she has been in a couple of times, she has been in to get wheel alignment done with coupon, this is the first time for complaint
We had a certified tech to look at car We did an honest assignment Consumer bought vehicle here in 7/9/and came back a few times for warranty repairs (recalls) and also key forbe that we paid for The vehicle has 111,at time of serviceAt this point, we performed a service that cost $and we don't feel that consumer should receive refund

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] The boot was in good condition prior to my visit to *** ***, as my family's mechanic can attest to After having my vehicle 'serviced' by a 'certified technician' at Bokeman's, I was told that I would need repairs in excess of $1,due to a leaking steering rack, etc (see earlier complaint) As this 'evaluation' was shocking, I again had my vehicle reviewed by our family mechanic He stated that their recommendation was ridiculous and he also spotted the cut boot (that was not present just days before!) The cuts are obviously deliberate and not caused by wear and tear I and my family will continue to share our displeasure of their unethical business practices with co-workers, clients, friends, and family throughout the Twin Tiers I feel is also interesting that Bokeman's highly recommended this excessively, and unnecessary repair to an unaccompanied female customer Shame on them
