Review: I was told a technician would winterize my sprinkler system between 8:30am-1pm, 11/7/15. I was later told it would be +/- 20 minutes around 1pm. At 1:41pm I requested an ETA but received no response. At 2:53pm I requested another ETA but no response. At 3:18pm I told the company that I intended to cancel. At 3:25pm, the technician finally arrived. He seems to have done a good job; I have no complaints about him. I blame the company, which sent him 3-1/2 hours late with no explanation or courtesy calls, no apologies, and only after I stated my intention to cancel. This is unacceptable customer service that wasted most of my day.Desired Settlement: I would like a 35% discount for the 3-1/2 hours of lateness (10 percent for each hour and portions thereof). The company cannot replace my lost time. It can, however, provide some restitution.
