[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] rick only mailed our receipt out to us after we contacted him the forth time using an alternate number on Thursday. He wouldn’t return any of our calls before then. He hung up on me during the phone call on Thursday and at that time claimed he had been busy. He idi not as indicated in his response contact anyone on Wednesday. We had unit replaced elsewhere.
