I surely believe this dealership may be a very good dealership with reputable employees however my recent visit to the service department was utterly unprofessional. I do understand as an employee we have rough spots and the day can be demanding howeve as soon as I entered into the service department, all employees were on the their phones and in no hurry to assist me. When I did then get one of the employees attention for my scheduled appointment, they proceeded to tell me they couldn't find me in the system when in the beginning they had not even asked for my name.

After, the service manager, Dave B[redacted] proceeds to come out and to be completely disrespectful, yelling at me in regards to them not able to service me because I did not have my vehicle present. Also when they did finally find me in the system it showed for the wrong date and time. The Rep. I spoke with over the phone was very nice that I made the appointment with but did not mention that I would need to bring in my vehicle as well.

I could definitely understand this as I came in to seek assistance with a component of the vehicle and did not need the vehicle to take to component to the service department. My major concern was the utter disrespect, I professionalism and the approved mindset to yell at a customer.

After speaking to the presiding manager about the issue, I completely understood the need for the vehicle to be present and it made much sense to me.

However with the highest magnitude of unprofessionalism and disrespect I received from David B[redacted], with him yelling at me about a company policy, and their service department, unfortunately I do not see a way that I could do business here in any respect now or in the future.
