Regards,[redacted] If you look at the receipt, it says 2 year warranty on repair NOT parts.  He did not repair my washer.  We already purchased a new washer I do not need to go and buy a new pump and I will NEVER allow him to work any of my appliances again.  I have already notified my friends and family to not use his company and that he is ripping people off.

We did watch everything [redacted]'s son did, but since we are not washer repair workers, we had no idea what he was doing.  I called him to complete a job and he told me the pump looked great and that he fixed the problem.  We paid for it and he left without bothering to check if it worked.  I called him 10 minutes later and all of a sudden he tells us that it was the pump.  Have a hard time understanding why he told me that the pump looked great and then he tells me that it was broken after he left.  Washing the dog blanket in the washer is besides the point.  I paid him to fix the washer and and it was not fixed.  I would like my money back for the repair.  As you can see from the attached receipt, that there is a 2 year warranty on repair and the washer was not fixed.  There is no reference on the receipt to the pump being bad.
