I came to Mrs***'s and spoke to her about the cleaning of the fence(she never mentioned the brick or cement) I said I would clean up the fence that was not an issueThe problem I have had and the others involved is shes never home? We have stopped three times with no luck and have called
She did text me one day and said she wasn't able to meet me that day and later the same day replied she would be home later in the eveningWe need to do this in the day not in the darkI spoke with the insurance company of Mr*** *** and they will not replace the fenceThey recommended that I video tape the cleaning of the fenceAfter the first visit I had mentioned to her that I would like to come back after the workers are all done over thereShe was having sod, stepping stones and landscaping done thereThe paint on the fence came off with my finger and the rest will come off with a power wash, we do this for a living for yearsAt this time I will need a day to do this when it isn't freezing and for her to agree with the Revdex.com on that dayWe have also informed our lawyers of this matter and they agree to the sameWe will clean up the problem and it wont take a new fence to do itWe apologize for any inconvenience to the home owners

I have been home and open to a call which would have been appreciated however MrRick *** being in business for years one would expect him to cover property that is subject to being sprayed with brown paint damaging my new hand rails and fencing that were only a week old and expensive with new concrete stairs placed all the way down the side of my homean experienced painter would have covered them upI need him to give me his business insurance contact informationWhy would he expect Mr *** homeowners insurance to pay for his mistake? The damage is extensiveBrand new fence that is vinyl painted from factory and warrantied but not against damage from paint splattering from himI have been told it cannot be power washed nor picked off/blasted off or caustic chemical treatment or the fence railing will be further damagedI need his insurance information from him not another costly mistake that he will not take responsibility fis not a fence business or cleaning companyIt may need to be replacedInstead of doing the correct thing and giving me his insurance info he calls his attorney- a shameful response to me a senior citizenThe only way I am even getting a response from him is informing the Revdex.com which was after multiple attempts calling him and NO CALL BACKThe only thing is to give me his insurance number so I can file a claimIs he bonded and insured? This occurred in the summer, now it is frozen and further adheredIt is ashame that he cannot do what is right and has to be reported to Revdex.com or other internet agencies ie yelp and angie's list, etc.( which I have not contacted yet)Give me your insurance agency's number please***

I got the reply letter and I feel we still need a chance to clean the fence as requested and the concreteI am a power-washing cleaning company and have won Super service awards through Angies List two years in a rowI went to my lawyer to have him tell me what to do since we are a business and he represents us on all issuesAt this time we would like to ask if we can clean the items listed when it gets above degreesPlastic fences can be cleaned, we do them all the timeI believe the customer stated they cant be washed? Why would someone sell a fence that cant be cleaned? They get mold and mildew on them yearly
