Review: [redacted] of RW Media and I signed a 6 month musical management contract extension that was dated on May 6 2014 and expired on Nov 6, 2014. The Contract value was for $50,000.00 and to date, only approximately 5% has been completed. The following is a list of NON-completed items: 1. Produce 500 bar coded and shrink wrapped CD's 2. Provide record store presence including posters and advertising 3. Provide the "Entertainer of the Year" trophy guitar 4. Promotion of the DWP ([redacted] Project) brand via press releases & news announcements 5. Arrange TV and Radio interviews 6. Arrange California gigs on 6/15/2014, 6/28/2014, 7/19/2014 and 8/2/2014 7. Set up FAIR tours 8. Send CD's to Radio stations nationwide 9. Set Up 10 TV interviews 10.Provide a 10 gig mini-tour to promote CD, including musicians and travel expenses. [redacted] has not even come close to completing our contract, Furthermore he continues to delay and obfuscate. Our signed contract was a 6 month extension from the original contract- I have been more than fair to assist [redacted] in completing the tasks required. [redacted] has proven that he has no intention of completing the contract so he leaves me no recourse but to file this complaint.Desired Settlement: The ONLY settlement option desired is a CASH settlement. The contract value is $50,000.00 and Rick has completed 5% of the contract- that computes to a $47,500.00 refund.

In response to the claim of [redacted]., First the contract was between he, I and [redacted], not me alone. The extension he is referring to is not for a $50,000.00 paid to [redacted] all funds were paid to Mr. [redacted]. I was a consultant for media through Mr. [redacted]. He also filed a complaint on [redacted] Management in Las Vegas as well, but the complaint was kicked out by the Las Vegas Revdex.com which you can find by looking it up under [redacted] Management on their website. We did complete the services for Mr. [redacted] in adequate time and with meaningful purpose. Here is what I did for Mr. [redacted] at this time.1. Researched and found a world famous producer for him to record a song.2. Flew his wife and himself to Sacramento from Pennsylvania to record a song in the studio of a world famous producer. Paid for travel, hotel and food expenses.3. Created a brand new stunning web site for Mr. [redacted] that he currently utilizes.4. Created a media campaign that name [redacted] song Stand Up as the theme for a special campaign called No Bullying Allowed.5. I created the entire [redacted] Project name and brand. He had no name at all until I named and branded him as an artist. I created the entire concept.6. I designed and developed his logo entirely from scratch. I conceptualized it and designed it with a highly skilled graphic designer. I created his image and logo.7. I established his moniker for him as "Rock" [redacted]. I created his name. 8. I wrote numerous articles and press releases on Mr. [redacted]. 9. I enrolled [redacted] into ASCAP as a recording artist which is needed to receive any music royalties conducted research and development for hours to assure that he is protected.10. I arranged for Mr. [redacted] to appear on [redacted] television in his city of Wrightsville, PA. on the Fox News Network. This is great publicity where he was interviewed and he performed live. Thousands of viewers. This was as a result of my research and man hours of work. 11. I arranged for Mr. [redacted] to have a full page advertisement in Today's Times Newspaper along with an article. 12. I arranged and presented [redacted] with the Entertainer of the Year Award at the Las Vegas Rock N Soul Music Awards. I paid for his travel, hotel and accommodations. 13. I arranged for Mr. [redacted] to perform at the Las Vegas Rock N Soul Music Awards. 14. I researched and found a venue for Mr. [redacted] to perform in Hollywood. He performed at the world famous Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood. I paid for his travel, hotel and accommodations from Pennsylvania. 15. I designed numerous posters, flyers and promotional packages to promote [redacted]. 16. I researched and found a professional engineer to master his cd. I paid for the work from this engineer. 17. I prepared sponsorship packages for Mr. [redacted] to seek financial assistance for the project. I wrote and designed these packages. These are man hours given to the project. 18. I sent information, bios and music to radio stations for them to add [redacted]'s music to their playlist. It is the discretion of the radio station to play his songs. 19. I hired a band to perform with [redacted] in Hollywood. 20. I arranged for [redacted] to have a major article published on him in his hometown newspaper. I wrote the article and the newspaper added their elements to the article printed and sent to thousand of readers. 21. I researched to find a marketing company that I hired and they are currently getting Mr. [redacted] on radio and television interviews. I spent hours and hours to find this company to help expose Mr. [redacted]. He is still utilizing their services as a result of my work. 22. I arranged for [redacted] to be interviewed on [redacted] radio in Vallejo. His music is being played on their station as a result of my services. 23. I arranged for digital distribution so he music can be purchased on numerous music web sites and paid for submission. 24. I wrote all his bios, cd liner notes, interviews, and designed all of his artwork and graphics. 25. I wrote, developed and produced a commercial for the song Stand Up. Summary:Mr. [redacted] has refused to cooperate with me to advance his music career. We recently had an opportunity to register with a tour manager and he sent me a message stating not to represent him in any matters. I also most recently had an opportunity to have his music played through Air Play Direct and [redacted], but he told not to represent him. I have been quite diligent in my efforts to work with Mr. [redacted] as a consultant person on this agreement. I have spent over 1,900 hours on this project that could be billable at $75.00 per hour in market value which is valued at $142,500.00 in actual costs. In reference to his cd's we all decided that the internet would be the best way to market his music, and I will agree to send him his 500 cd's. In response to his mini-tour, we also mutually agreed along with the new promoter that I hired to assist him that he needs a band. He refuses to get a band and do what is necessary to get hired to perform. I did all his design work, wrote all his bios, press release, and cd design and development. I co-produced the song in studio with him (picture attached) and I have worked incredibly as you see and feel that adequate services have been provided. Even the design of a logo is extremely valuable, the development of his website is extremely valuable, creating his name is extremely valuable, and getting him on television, and radio for interviews, any singer would feel that is well over $50,00 for their career to get such a boost. He owes me $142,500.00 for services rendered.

In response to the ugly and disrespectful allegations made by [redacted]. I have submitted my comments to your office with proof of service. Please note that even with all the disparaging name calling I still refer to Mr. [redacted] in a respectful manner. Like I submitted I was prepared to even begin a new opportunity for Mr. [redacted] with a company that also brought air play for him. The cd's I do agree need to be sent to Mr. [redacted] and I told him that I would. But, he told me not to represent him in any manner. I have worked diligently and professionally as you see with all the items submitted which clearly demonstrates their is no attempt to not to assist Mr. [redacted]. In terms of his band, we agreed verbally that he must have a band to perform. Bookings require the steps I indicated earlier to achieve. The name calling, the disparaging remarks, the accusations make this a deplorable relationship. He has received incredible opportunities from me and Mr. Munoz, who brought me as an assistant. You have only a few of the items and my response to these allegations.

I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] is a master Con Man and will say and do anything he has to in order to get out of his contract with [redacted]. There were specific items listed in the contract, mainly the 10 venue mini tour including air fare, lodging and band. Mr [redacted] will dazzle you with all the great things he has done for [redacted] but the ones that matter are the ones LISTED in the contract. Mr [redacted] has NOT shown proof that he has provided: Shrink Wrapped and bar coded CD's, posters and advertisements for Record stores, 10 venue Mini Tour with band supporting the CD's and singles, recording of the 2nd single "Take Me Away". These are all the big ticket items that Mr [redacted] has NOT provided per our contract. When we entered into the Contract 4, Mr [redacted] took FULL and TOTAL responsibility for Contract 3. He signed Contract 4 knowing FULL WELL that he alone bore SOLE responsibility to complete Contract 4. Moreover, Contract 4 was a 6 month extension from Contract 3 that Mr [redacted] did NOT complete. Mr [redacted] was given ample time and chances to complete the Contracts but chose instead to Obvuscate, Con, Lie and Cheat his way out of HIS responsibility.It is imperitive that Mr [redacted] be held accountable- he is a cancer/plague on the music industry and the young, unsuspecting artists that get caught in his trap, will unboubtedly be ripped off the same way he ripped off [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: This issue is VERY SIMPLE- Mr [redacted] was given money based on a contract that was VERY explicite ragarding what Mr [redacted] was to provide and what Mr [redacted] PAID FOR. Mr [redacted] DID NOT provide a majority of what he commited to in the contract. Mr [redacted] DESERVES a refund for the incompleted contract. VERY SIMPLE Mr [redacted]- NO MORE lies, NO MORE deceit, NO MORE extensions and NO MORE of your Bull St.[redacted]
