Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, As I stated before I never refused or rejected any offer from this company refunding me 100% of my money backFurthermore, I was not even offered this as a solutionI clearly stated and instructed the staff that I did not want the insult of them delivering any of the purchased items after February but this company clearly took this upon themselves in an attempt to justify their poor serviceI also stated to this company on several occasions via telephone that I did not want any redelivery attempts or future discounts with their companyAs I’ve expressed then and as I express now a COMPLETE REFUND of the money I spent with this business establishment will be suffice for meHad this offer been extended to me beforehand I would have accepted and moved on but unfortunately this is the option that I was left with from an establishment who clearly does not appreciate or value their customersI WILL GLADLY ACCEPT A FULL REFUND if this company presents it!!! Thank you

As you can see from the documents attached, we have refunded 50% of each of Mr [redacted] 's ordersEven the one that was delivered on the 14thWe tried to accommodate Mr [redacted] and we redelivered on the 15th only after talking to him and making sure that is what he wantedWe did give him the option of a re delivery or a full refund and he chose the first optionThe 50% refund was our last attempt of making up for the inconvenience, but that is as far as we can go with the refund because we did in fact delivered these flowers and made sure to make the arrangement fresh the next dayWe'd be happy to service any future floral arrangement from Mr [redacted] and include a free upgrade as we value our customers and strive to provide the best customer service
