this is regarding complaint number # *** yes this is Daniel ***'s 24-hour appliance repair service out of Burleson Texas I was notified at 4:45pm on February 5th that Mrs*** * ***'s Samsung freezer was down the Parts House closed at so I made an attempt to help the lady
outWe notified her this price over the phone before heading her way.AR after-hours service call is $she agreed and I came out to conveyor dr.,joshua,tx,address about 5:p.mTour the freezer compartment complete down freezer compartment downShow the lady what was going on & where ice was in the fan motor told mrs*** that I would remove and defrost a cool for an additional charge which would came out to a total charge of $again she agreed, I went through with the repair of cleaning out evaporator coil and removing the fan and removing all Frost and ice from evaporator, I reassembled the fan motor was turning again and evaporator plate and tested I told her after that she would have to give it overnight to know if the machine was going to be working properly After that she called the next morning and told me she didn't have the money anyways her frigerator wasn't working anywaysshe was going to cancel the check.... The check wasn't able to cancel because it already had cash the night before in our bank, again mrs.*** called She demanded that she wanted all $given back to herWhich again it was a service call of $and a labor charge $I can't give her her money back for a service call charge and I can't give her her money back for laborThere was no parts installed so I hope this ends the debateThanks, and just for your informationI never did not get the complaint given to meBut I wanted to make sure to get the truth out thereBefore she tries to ruin somebody else's businessHer exact words to to me was my business is in the crappershe's had people getting all on my personal Facebook and every other things she could do to try to make my life a living hell

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all the address *** is giving is not even mine***s service is called a hour service so I was not aware that after hour existedAnyway my biggest problem with them is that I had a warranty on the service call and I couldn't get anyone to come out so I had to pay another service company to come out and they told the compressor was bad and that I wasted my money having anything done to itSo I spent in service calls plus all the food that got thrown away
