I have read the customers complaint about her ford taurus and find this letter to be very untruthful I attempted to flush her heater core the first time with no success and no charge so I told her I would need the car overnight so I could let chemicals soak overnight and then procceeded to
flush multiple times the next day I had also found that someone had put in a bypass hose which didn't belong on the car so I removed it and continued to put the car back together when I was done the car great heat and did not overheat at all which I did tell her to drive it and to keep an eye on the temperature to make sure it does not overheat due to the fact somebody had put bars leak stop leak in the cooling system she had asked me if the car was worth fixing I told her yes to flushing the heater core no to replacing it when I talked to the customer there was noone else here with me or anyone in the building so that comment is also untrue I tried to explain to her the heat works great but there is a possibility it could overheat that I had drove it and it was fine did not overheat but due to the amount of bars leak in the system which she knew about its hard to determine what could happen in the future to keep an eye on the temperature guage but she was not understanding what I was explaining to her she kept trying to talk over me when I tried explaining things and was being rude and said she was having a bad day when I was writing up her bill I asked her for her address and she said for what and I said so I can write you a bill she asked how much it is and I explained I was getting her bill together as we speak she had given me some post office box number which I believe to be she kept saying that she only could afford around $which her bill came to $before taxes she had told me to leave the bill and keys in the car and she would pick the car up and leave a check well I had been working late that night and she came got in her car and took off I ran outside and yelled for her she wouldnt stop I tried calling her and she had turned her phone off I also tried the other number she had been using to get a return phone call at am I do believe she had no intentions of paying her bill at all I also had left her messages to call me with no response at this point she has an outstanding bill of $which she needs to come in and pay I was more then helpful and cooperative with the customer but I would have to say she down right stole from me she can come pick up her key when she brings the money for her bill thank you
