Hello ***, I guess I will start from the beginningMr *** came in and Talked with *** Owens our sales associate who has been here for yearsMr *** wanted to order a vehicle since there were not many available in the configuration he desiredWe first did a build sheet with a factory Bedliner in the build but when it was discovered that it would take longer to get the vehicle built with that option he elected to have the aftermarket company down the street install oneWe rebuilt the spec sheet without the Bedliner and priced the vehicleThis build sheet with mr ***'s signature is attachedOnce the truck arrived from the factory Mr *** came in to sign his paper work and made mention to the BedlinerHe was told at that time before signing that he would have to pay for the BedlinerHe proceeded with the paperwork which included a "we owe you owe" that shows we do not owe him any additional items this document is attachedI'm not sure we're the misunderstanding could have happened, I do know that there was a clear understanding at the time of purchase that the Bedliner was not included(Team Ford1.pdf)

To whom it may concern: The complainant brought in his Ford Edge on December 2,At the time the customer dropped off the vehicle with Team Ford we informed the customer that the repairs were unlikely to be covered by manufacture warrantyWe explained that if the repairs required
were not due to a defect in the product Ford would not cover the repair and we would need to contact there insurance companyAfter inspection of the vehicle we sent all information to Ford to attempt to have the customer repairs coveredUnfortunately , Ford deemed the damage was do to the tire and hitting the curb and would not cover the repairs After Ford denied the claim we contacted *** *** *** for the customerIt took quite some time to get an estimate for the claim and once received we had to make several calls to have the estimate correctedThe initial estimate was missing several items that needed repaired and the adjuster was difficult to work with During this process Team Ford's staff had several conversation with the customer, his wife, and his motherI understand there may have been some miscommunication working with so many peopleHowever, after many conversations with the customer they expressed there satisfaction with our service and was contacting the Revdex.com to withdrawn the complaint We at Team Ford strive to make every customer completely satisfied with there experience at our storeShould you have any other questions or concerns please contact me at the number below Thank you, *** ***

I made deal on the internet and the phone on 10/26/I ordered truck on 10/28/for $58,drive out with factory bed liner installedI put a $deposit to order the truckWhile paper work was being done, I said that I heard that it took an additional two weeks to get the bed liner from the factory*** said they put in bed liners and that it could save us some time if they did itShe showed us a factory bed liner and one of theirsI said it would be o k to put theirs in it, when the truck arrived from the factoryWe leftJosh says they rebuilt the spec sheet with out the bed liner and priced the truckIf they priced the truck again, why did the price remain the same? He says they have a new spec sheet with my signature on it The one they sent was the one I signed on 10/28/It was two pages not oneIf the have a new one with my signature on it let them produce itThe price I paid for the truck was with a factory bed liner in itOn 12/31/we came to do the paperwork on the truck, after signing the paper work *** left to carry the work to her bossIn that paper work the "we owe you owe" form was signedAbout ten minutes later, *** came back into her office and asked how we would pay for the bed liner? (cash or check)I was shocked, I told her we had already paid for it in the price of the truck We leftThe truck came to Team Ford on 1/11/It was inspected on 1/12/and we picked it up around 5.30pm that day
Here are my questions to Team Ford
(1) If the Spec sheet was rebuilt with out
bed liner, why was the price not adjusted
(2) Where is the rebuilt spec sheet with
my signature on it
(3) What paper work did I sign when I picked up
the truck? I do not have a copy
I still feel that Team Ford did a "Bait and Switch" on me

Ms*** *** purchased the vehicle on October 13, Customer returned to the dealership on October 24th to have the stated issue looked atShortly after the repair the customer notified *** *** that the center cap was missing and requested a new oneAfter receiving several
incorrect center caps for the vehicle we sent Ms Lopez a check on January 31, for $Team Ford has since spoken with the customer and verified satisfaction of repairs and receipt of check
