This email is in regards to ID # a claim submitted by MrDean [redacted] against Rick's Certified Auto of Tomah LLC on December 21, 2016.Yes, Mr [redacted] brought his vehicle into our shop complaining of his washer fluid tank leakingWe REPAIRED the washer tank at that time, hoping that would solve the problem and explained to Mr [redacted] when hecame to pick it up that we tried repairing the washer tank at this time, but if it continued to leak we would have to replace the tankAt the time we repaired the tank, we did notice that there were multiple leakswith the vehicle, not just to the washer tank.Mr [redacted] called again stating that his washer tank was still leaking and I reminded him during this conversation that it was explained to him that if it continued to leak he would have to replace the tank, which wedid on December 20thThe vehicle was not leaking when it left here.Mr [redacted] called the following day stating that there was still a leak with his vehicleHe was very irate and wanted to talk to the owner first before he brought the vehicle in and was told that the owner wasoff for the day, and was quite belligerent with our Service ManagerWe told Mr [redacted] to bring his vehicle in and we would see what could be done to help himWhen Mr [redacted] came in to the shop, he threw his keyson the counter and said that he needed a ride home while we worked on his vehicleSo with no charge to him we took him home After Mr*** left, we called the owner for advice on what to do and was told by him,to fix the problem at no charge to the customerWe found another leak, this time to the rear washer reservoir, and we replaced that part at NO CHARGE TO MR [redacted] for the part or the laborI went to pick Mr***up to bring him back to the shop (at no charge to him) to get his vehicle and he asked that the owner call him the next morning.Everything was explained to the owner on Thursday, Dec 22nd when he returned to work and he called Mr [redacted] almost immediately to talk to him but got no answer, so he left him a messageMr [redacted] never calledhim backThe owner also tried to call Mr [redacted] this morning, Dec 27th to talk to him and again no answer, so there was another message leftWe have not heard back from him at all.Thank you for your attention into this matter and we would appreciate a follow up so we are aware of what is going on.Sincerely,Robin ***Rick's Certified AutoTomah WI

On December 02, 2016, at approximately hours, I (Dean ***)took my Chevrolet Tahoe to Ricks Certified Auto to have the windshield washer system repaired and an oil change done Staff told me they took out the pumps and cleaned and returned them to the system, charging me $for the repair First bill was a total of $ They replaced a fog light for $and a cornering light bulb for $23.38, while charging me $in labor to have this done I did not request this Staff told me work is guaranteed I called and talked to staff "Robin" at a later date telling her the windshield system still leaked She told me it wasn't leaking when it left the shop
On December 20, 2016, at approximately hours, I returned it for repair to the windshield washer system Staff charged me over $for the repair Told me tank had a hairline crack and needed to be replaced
