I contracted with Rick's to refinish my double stained wood doors Over the course of two months they stripped the doors twice and refinished The doors were worse the second time They were unable to match the color, i.evertical boards were a different color than horizontal boards resulting in a checkerboard effect They did refund my full payment so that I could get another company to refinish the doors The owner was extremely rude in my only conversation with him
I feel these apartments are poorly managed Over the past months I've had maintenance issues, only have been resolved, in a timely manner I am disabled, both physically and mentally I asked if I could purchase a washer & dryer, (ventless if needed) & was told this is not permitted I asked if they could put a washer/dryer in their utility room, which I volunteered to purchase & they could keep & was told no I have to go down or up stairs which is very difficult for me, there are no aptshere with easy access for disabled people, the washer/dryers are in the building next door They towed my car away, with no notice(I was here) because someone stole my handicapped parking sticker from my car I have service/therapy dogs one for mobility, the other for PTSD & anxiety, they made me pay, $deposit for each & told me I couldn't have them off leash My mobility issues require them to be off leash, I lose my balance, use a cane a lot & carry my purse in my other hand I have doctors that ordered them off leash due to mobility, but they said they would evict me if they are seen off leash.(The dogs were professionally trained & are certified)
