Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have never seen a company that treats their customers like this cleanersAfter [redacted] response I will be one customers hard determine to keep fighting for real customer service All the times I thought [redacted] was trying to assist me while putting the blame on your staff and manager is crazy The good thing I did was never to speak to her while I was by myself to make sure proof of our conversation was being listen to She is a liar anow I don't trust her To say I always complained is a lie Several times this location has put creases in my jeans when I requested not to have themIs that a complaint or is that's not providing the customer what he requested? The 1st day I spoke to [redacted] about the missing items she acknowledged the mistakeStated that the young was a new employee and she would contact the customer she believes has the jeansThis took about two weeksQuestion why would she do all this work to now say I recorded my jeans and I was a bad customer? They can provide all the receipts but I'm missing pairs of jeans that was never returnedI would like the information of their insurance company to file a complaint I would like my complaint to stay with the Revdex.com on their fileAnd I have filed a complaint with the City of Gilbert As a customer I see why people use social media to complain about companies like Dismond Cleaners As a family member of politican this issue will not go awayIf they did this to me how many of customers has this happen to that don't have a voice Regards, [redacted]

the tags to prove that he picked the whole order up completelyThere is a process we have to follow; we have to tag the clothes in, and at the plant the girls have to go through and match up the items with the tagsEverything matched upWe are sending you a copy of the tags and invoicesAt our locations we have a sign up which says the customer must inspect the garments before leaving the premises, because we cannot be responsible for your garments once you leave.Because of the processes we follow, and the copies of the tags, we feel we cannot be held responsible for what he is saying are lost items Sincerely, *** ***, Manager *** *** Location

I am sorry to be responding to a complaint against my company Dickson RealtyWe have operated in the Reno/Sparks area since 1973, and to my knowledge never received a complaint from Revdex.comNeedless to say, it is very disappointing to be doing so nowWith that said, we have certainly taken this one very seriously
I first became aware of the tenant's unhappiness with one of our agents when he posted the same complaint he sent to Revdex.com on our Google+ pageWithin hours, our Chief Marketing & Technology Officer, ***, notified me of the complaint and reached out to the tenant asking for additional informationTo the best of our knowledge, we never received a response from the tenantSimultaneously, we spoke to the agent in question and asked his version of the incidentIn response to the complaint from Revdex.com, I have included the agent's response to the complaint in written form
Our agent has a business model where he reviews the upcoming Notice of Sales for properties in our areaWe have found over the past ten years, when people get into trouble with their mortgage, they tend to disregard any notices they receiveBy speaking personally with the owners, our agent has successfully helped many people to save their credit, sometimes their property and certainly equity if there is any
That was the purpose of our agent's visit during this instanceBoth our agent and our company are very sorry our agent's visit woke the tenant up and that he took our agent's advice as a threatThat was never the intentDuring the economic downturn in our area, when so many people lost their homes, there was much good legislation passed that protected renter's rights, as in this case
As the tenant has requested, we apologize to himWe have held many conversations among our management and agent, and can assure the tenant our agent will never approach him again

It was stated that "The tenant took the agent's advice as a threat." *** directly stated that next time he would be back with the Sheriff with a lockout order and I would only be given minutes to vacate if I did not pass the message along to the owners immediatelySo yes, it was a threat used directly to scare me, the tenant that has nothing to do with a sale, pending sale, or foreclosureI was wrongfully approached and dealt with in an undeserving mannerIf this is the quality of employee you employ and disgraceful methods you encourage then shame on your company
I feel as now I was offered an apology blanketed with a new insult
Also no one has reached out to the tenant for further informationI have not received any such communication
