To Whom it may concern:The customer had me to install a heating and air conditioning system on 5/10/ The total price of $8,was paid in full when job was completed This job was not just a heat pump install, it consisted of a complete home installation This consisted of a duct system which was ran in attic totaling many extremely hot temperature days It also consisted of all electrical wiring thermostate and furnace.After install everything was working properly and was praised for great work All was good!! 5/11/This particular line of equipment carried a (5) year parts warranty which expired 5/5/and (1) year labor warranty which expired 5/5/2016.After receiving a call on 5/14/15, I, 6/11/replaced a central board in out door unit at No charge and warranty was over with my records show! All was working properly!I don't recall going back over or ever receiving any calls according to my memory or records I just can't figure out that if myself and other companies which was supposely called! Could not find anything wrong if there was a problem! I had warranted the product far longer than I should have both parts and labor And I will not pay for a new unit to be installed!I have been in business for years and have an excellent track record with the Revdex.com and will strive to keep it that way till I retire which will be soon!Sincerely, [redacted]
