12/6/2:pm Telephone response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated they sanded the drawers a couple of times and used flat paint to prime them.The company stated they did apply about coats of paint to the drawers but the paint would not stick so they had to completely strip the drawers and the consumer was not happy.The company stated they did use the right paintThe company stated the paint was chunky, they had to strain it and they put the strained paint into a can marked flat, this is why the consumer thinks the wrong paint was used.The company stated they did offer to buy a new can of paint and the work a couple of weeks ago and the consumer refused.The company stated they paid someone $alone just to do drawers plus the cost of the other materialThe company stated they have spent more that what they collected from her - the company stated they are not willing to refund any money but they are willing to still come back and do the work

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Rick’s Home Improvement has shown themselves to be incapable of completing the work requestedNone of the work done to date was satisfactory and when asked to fix the work, they stole my property and demanded additional moneyI have no intention of being scammed further by this dishonest business ownerThe only acceptable resolution is a refund of what was paidPaying for incomplete and incorrectly completed work is unreasonable.Regards,
