11/15/17- Called and was told that [redacted] will be in laterHe should be in on Friday.11/20/17- I'm tired of dealing with himHe sent a letter to the AG office about me and I sent one back with my original offer that I also sent the Revdex.comI am offering him basically half the price of a new oneHe sent a letter back and said he wants nothing to do with meThose hour meters work sometimes and other times they don'tIt was even hard for me to see itThat mower was "like new" and that's what I told himI've been in this business yearsHe's wrong about the condition of the mowerThere's no way it was under waterIf it was, I would've taken care of it, so he's wrong and whoever told him that is wrongHe didn't even pay the sales taxHe just paid the $I'm going to get a lawyer; I'm tired of this guyI want the mower back in good condition if I'm going to take it backThis guy is nuts; I want nothing more to do with him

11/13/17- Called and left message with callback times and extension.11/15/17- I wanted to trade in my old one for $and he said he'd give me $700, so I took itHe said he has a like new one for $that is a model with only hours on itHe showed me the hours that were flashing and it said He ran it and had to use something to start it and it seemed to be okayI have a farm about miles away so I took it there to useHe said he had a manual for itI wanted the manual for a record of its maintenanceHe said the guy [redacted] that owned it before trades in every few yearsI looked online for the manual after he still hadn't given it to me and it told you have to check the hoursI had to press a few buttons and it showed that the hours were actually 374, not The was actually referring to the hours it needed to be serviced, which is so it was hours overdue for servicingAs someone who has been working with these for years, I feel like he should've known how to checkAt this point I've run it for hoursI've had the rear end driver go out, which cost $to fixIt turns out that the hydrodrive had been underwater and that had caused a lot of issuesI feel like he fraudulently represented the hours, and now I'm out $He told me he'd give me back $for it after I'd only ridden it for hoursI've contacted the AGI don't have a court date, but they've sent letters to himHe claims he sold it in good faith and that I paid for it, but that's just not trueI originally wanted $2500, but now I want that plus $for the repairsI'll send over the billI can't believe he's acting like this when he's a preferred dealer11/20/17- Called and left message and call back times.11/27/17- Called and left message and call back times.11/29/17- Called and left message with Mr [redacted] giving him details as he has not gotten back to me yet Mr [redacted] said the mower would have to be in good condition if he was going to take it back but and he was not interested in working with Mr [redacted] anymoreSaid the Mediator needs a response by Friday as it's the third time to try to reach him11/30/2017: Thank you for taking my call today concerning this ongoing complaint Just to keep everything together, I have attached all files related to this complaint Mr***’s denial of the hours on the machine, versus the hours that he personally showed me twice before I bought it is his current defense—he says the hour meters often don’t work, apparently, like the rest of the mower’s parts I have put a total of hours on this mower since purchase last May, mostly because it has numerous mechanical problemsAfter the transaxle drive failed in late September I had to take the mower to another Gravely Preferred dealer in Callaway County (Mr [redacted] is in Pike County) for major repair The repair for this as you can see from the receipt was $ I spoke with the repairman and was informed the mower had been underwater for some time because a large volume of water was found in the transaxle drive reservoir causing it to fail and there was evidence of corrosion with the starter contacts and a new battery had been installed to make it start and run, at least for a short timeThe battery has run down and required charging several times because the charging system was not working either The repairman also stated the hour meters are reliable evidence for wear and hours on the mower, contrary to Mr***’s claim otherwiseFor the record, Mr [redacted] has never offered to return my money He did offer to sell me a “new mower” while taking this badly worn mower back in on tradeNaturally, being burned once by this dealer is enough for me One other point, a Mr [redacted] is the previous owner of this mower Mr [redacted] stated early on he would get the manual for the mower because I wanted to have the maintenance records for referenceMr [redacted] never delivered on this promise and I don’t know how to get in touch with Mr [redacted] Perhaps we could follow this lead and find out more information Thank you for your assistance12/1/17- He has always said he doesn't anything more to do with meHe was going to take it back for $1,which is probably what he paid for itHe only had it for about a day before I got it so all he did was put in a new battery because it wasn't starting wellMy repair guy had no reason to make up a story that it had been underwaterHe had to replace some fluids and stuff that indicated it had been underwaterI understand that there's nothing more the Revdex.com can do because he doesn't to deal with this anymoreThe complaint being on his file is fine with me

I am rejecting this response because:In response to Mr***’s letter, I will address only the issue at hand and not his health, age, or his military recordIf more information is needed about me personally, one can go to google using my name, *** W***,
DVMThe salient issue is the fraudulent claim of low hours (hours) on a mower that has a fair paint coating but many wearing hours on the engine and mechanical partsThis “like new” claim by Mr*** is not unlike the used car salesman hawking a car with 80,miles as “like new”I have put exactly hours on the mower only to find, the air cleaner won’t stay in place, the charging system is not charging the battery, and the mower is coming close to the hour major service markThe ridiculous claim of “like new” for a mower that is years old and has hours speaks volumes of how a used mower dealer gets rid of the ones he doesn’t want to repairFurthermore, not a word was mentioned of the previous owner’s manual (*** ***) that Mr*** said he would deliverIn response to Mr***’s offer to trade for a new one I don't do business again with anyone that attempts to deal in such a fraudulent mannerI want the full refund of what I paid ($2500) or I will continue to press this issue until we reach a fair resolution
